Political science & history graduate, MBA International candidate, and in a quite contrasting turn certified health, exercise, and lifestyle coach.
In 2016 I started an online media website called Papers of Thought that focused on self-development by exploring different ideas through various topics produced in written and visual formats. Our team decided to conclude the project at the end of 2018. During the process, I personally authored more than 30 articles and produced more than 15 videos. The company page remains open on LinkedIn for archiving purposes while all other outlets are now closed.
In the same year, I completed my bachelor's degree in Political Science and History with Honours. I took part in the EYE 2016 with our university team being one of the only 2 Greek teams and also completed an Erasmus 105+ internship project.
Upon graduation, I spend 3 years working in the hospitality, retail, and leisure industries acquiring skills, experience, business know-how but most importantly collaborating with many different people from around the world.
In 2019 I moved to the UK and started "Synthesis Health & Wellness" a company providing wellness services while also working in the private leisure sector in management and coaching positions.
In 2021, I decided to return to my home country, continue my education through the AUEB MBA International program, expand my network, and delve deeper into areas of interest, creative work and business endeavors.
